 👉 Ask yourself: “What would I do if I trusted myself 5% more?” Not 100%. Not even 50%. Just 5%.

Maybe you’d sign up for that class.
Maybe you’d go for that walk.
Maybe you’d drink that extra glass of water.

5% more trust is all it takes to take the first step.
And once you move, fear starts to lose its grip.

You are braver than you think—and you don’t have to be fearless to move forward.
